Workwhile's mission is to create a fairer world of work. We work with businesses - mainly SMEs - to create good work and ensure everyone can access it. The employer-facing programmes we deliver include support for SMEs to create apprenticeship opportunities, training for line managers, and a good work health check, alongside innovation / action research projects and consultancy work.
