TM works to develop the capacity and skills of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities of ethnic Romani, Roma and Irish Traveller communities so they are better able to participate more fully in society. TM also promotes equality and diversity by encouraging others to understand the culture and needs of all ethnic Romani, Roma and Irish Traveller Communities.
