The association provides and maintains a hall and grounds situated at 32 Barnet Road, Potters Bar Herts for use by the inhabitants of Potters Bar and neighbourhood including use for:(a) meetings, lectures and classes and(b) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupationand with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.
