Regional Arthritis Hydrotherapy Group offer group based hydrotherapy classes for adults suffering from arthritis in Romsey and the surrounding area. The classes in Southampton and Andover. The hydrotherapy sessions are designed to optimise physical potential by assisting movement in reduced weight bearing exercise. The sessions are run by a Chartered Physiotherapist.
