Charity Information
Based in Mid-Wales, Rekindle provides mental health support for 16-25-year-olds. Using the Recovery Model, we help people take control of their lives, build resilience and set goals. Our free service includes counselling, wellbeing support and group activities. Access is via self-referral or referral from other agencies. Additionally, we are a centre of excellence locally for training counsellors.
