Since COVID-19, we have been delivering physical health exercises and health talks and advice on ZOOM with the financial help from the Community Lottery Fund . Our charity exists to deliver practical support and advice in the following, Healthy eating, High blood pressure, Diabetes, Cancer, Depression, mental health. Our charity exists to reduce isolation and improve the health of older adults.
