IN ADDITION TO OPERATION OF THE WHOLLY OWNED COMPANY HYA TRAINING LIMITED, THE SOLE CHARITABLE ACTIVITY OF HUMBERSIDE YOUTH ASSOCIATION LIMITED IS PROPOSED TO BE A FUNDING PROGRAMME THAT MEETS THE CHARITYÔÇÖS OBJECTS AND GEOGRAPHICAL SPREAD AS OUTLINED IN THE MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF THE ASSOCIATION. THE PROGRAMME WILL PROVIDE SMALL GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS.
