IT'S AIMS IS TO SERVE ALL SURGICAL DISCIPLINES BY: ANALYSING SAFETY-RELATED REPORTS WHICH WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE AVAILABLE.AT ALL TIMES KEEPING THE IDENTITY OF THE REPORTER CONFIDENTIAL.PUBLISHING LESSONS LEARNED AND FEEDBACK COMMENTARY IN THE SURGICAL LITERATURE.
