ADVISE & SUPPORT AD HANDLERS USING PUBLICATIONS & THE EXPERTISE OF OUR VOLUNTEERS. LIAISE BETWEEN SERVICE PROVIDERS (SP) & AD HANDLERS WITH DISPUTES. EDUCATE SP'S ON AD'S & THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES. CONFIRM THE AD HANDLERS HAS A DISABILITY DEFINED IN THE EQUALITY ACT 2010.
