The charity provides a support network in Somerset & Dorset, including ward visiting, home visiting, buddying, speakers, exercise classes, stress management. Fundraising events e.g. coffee mornings,dances,sponsored walk, production of home based exercise DVD for patients who can't participate in hospital based exercise programmes.Providing support to satellite groups in Crewkerne and Wincanton.
