The Armstrong Project CIO aims to improve the conditions of life for the residents of Newcastle upon Tyne without distinction by associating the said residents and relevant organisations in a common effort to advance public education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation, and to pursue in addition general charitable purposes.
