Swim Inspiration is based in Malvern, Worcs. Our objectives are to help those people who are suffering with or recovering from a long term physical or psychological ailment or disability. We help people keep healthy and mobile with a gentle approach to exercise in water and a listening ear. Help is based on individuals needs including exercise in the water,Swimming and water confidence.
