The SupaJam Foundation exists to support young people (15-26) with social, emotional, or specialeducational needs who are finding it difficult to cope within, or when transitioning from, education. Manyhave faced adversity making coping and progression difficult. The charity offers support to with access to music therapy, counselling, mentoring, and life enhancement activities.
