ALA holds an international conference every two years. See information about us and the next conference at www.languageawareness.org ALA awards a small number of conference attendance stipends. It is also closely linked to the Language Awareness journal and is normally consulted about the appointment of its editor, a member of the ALA Board. Membership includes subscription to the journal.
