The charity's objects are, for public benefit, to advance the education in Arts in Barrow in Furness, and also nationally and internationally. through the establishment of a facility to encourage artist led initiatives; particularly the production and exhibition of new work. The policies adopted in furtherance of these objects are to implement a programme of local art and design focussed workshops
